मिशन रविवार 

  ✝️ 

जो तुम्हांमध्ये मोठा होऊ पाहतो त्याने तुमचा सेवक झाले पाहिजे 

whosoever will be first among you, shall be the servant of all. 

 ✝️ 

प्रभू येशू ख्रिस्ताने स्वतः शिष्यांचे पाय धुतले आणि नम्रतेचे व सेवेचे महान उदाहरण आपल्यासमोर ठेवले आहे. आज आपण आपल्या जीवनावर चिंतन करीत असताना परीक्षण करु या की आपण खरोखरच नम्रतेने आचरण करतो  का? आपण गरजवंतांच्या सहाय्याला धावून जातो का ?

ख्रिस्तसभा आज मिशन रविवार साजरा करीत आहे. सेवेचे व्रत घेऊन त्यागमय जीवनाद्वारे गरजवंतांची सेवा करणाऱ्या सर्व मिशनरी धर्मगुरु धर्मबंधु, धर्मभगिनी व प्रापंचिकांसाठी आज प्रार्थना करु या. नम्रता, त्याग, सहनशीलता, परोपकार व सेवा अशा गुणांचा विकास साधून आपण ख्रिस्ताचे खरे अनुयायी  बनण्यासाठी प्रेरणा घेऊ या.

पहिले वाचन : यशया ५३:१०-११

वाचक : यशया या पुस्तकातून घेतलेले वाचन

"त्याच्या जिवाचे दोषार्पण झाल्यावर तो संतती पाहील, तो दीर्घायू होईल."

त्याला ठेचावे असे परमेश्वराच्या मर्जीस आले. त्याने त्याला पीडले. त्याच्या जिवाचे दोषार्पण झाल्यावर तो संतती पाहील, तो दीर्घायू होईल, त्याच्या हातून परमेश्वराचा मनोरथ सफल होईल. त्याच्या जिवाच्या वेदना सरल्यावर तो त्याचे फळ पाहून समाधान पावेल. तो माझा धर्मशील सेवक आपल्या ज्ञानाने बहुतांस निर्दोष ठरवील, त्यांच्या अधर्माचा भार तो आपल्यावर घेईल.

हा प्रभूचा शब्द आहे 

सर्व : देवाला धन्यवाद.

First Reading : : Isaiah 53: 10-11

And the Lord was pleased to bruise him in infirmity: if he shall lay down his life for sin, he shall see a long-lived seed, and the will of the Lord shall be prosperous in his hand. Because his soul hath laboured, he shall see and be filled: by his knowledge shall this my just servant justify many, and he shall bear their iniquities.

This is the word of God

प्रतिसाद स्तोत्र   :३३: ४-५, १८-२०,२२

प्रतिसाद : हे परमेश्वरा, आम्हांवर तुझी कृपादृष्टी असो.

१) परमेश्वराचे वचन सरळ आहे, 

त्याची सर्व कृती सत्याची आहे. 

त्याला नीती आणि न्याय ही प्रिय आहेत. 

परमेश्वराच्या वात्सल्याने पृथ्वी भरली आहे.

२) जे परमेश्वराचे भय धरतात आणि 

त्याच्या दयेची अपेक्षा करतात, 

त्यांचा जीव मृत्यूपासून सोडवावा 

आणि दुष्काळात त्यांचा प्राण वाचवावा 

म्हणून त्यांच्यावर त्याची नजर असते.

३)आमचा जीव परमेश्वराची प्रतीक्षा करत आहे,

आमचे सहाय्य आणि ढाल तोच आहे. 

हे परमेश्वरा, आम्ही तुझी आशा धरली आहे. 

म्हणून आम्हांवर तुझी कृपादृष्टी असो.

“आपण धैर्याने कृपेच्या राजासनाजवळ जाऊ या.'

आकाशातून पार गेलेला पुत्र येशू हा थोर प्रमुख याजक आपल्याला आहे, म्हणून आपण जाहीर करत असलेल्या श्रद्धेला दृढ धरून राहू या. कारण आपल्या सर्वांच्या दुर्बलतेविषयी ज्याला सहानुभुती वाटत नाही, असा आपला तो प्रमुख याजक नाही, तो तर सर्व प्रकारे आपल्याप्रमाणे पारखलेला होता, तरी निष्पाप राहिला. तर मग आपल्यावर दया व्हावी आणि ऐनवेळी सहाय्यासाठी कृपा मिळावी, म्हणून आपण धैर्याने कृपेच्या राजासनाजवळ जाऊ या.

हा प्रभूचा शब्द आहे.

Second Reading:   Hebrews 4: 14-16

Having therefore a great high priest that hath passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God: let us hold fast our confession.

 For we have not a high priest, who can not have compassion on our infirmities: but one tempted in all things like as we are, without sin.

Let us go therefore with confidence to the throne of grace: that we may obtain mercy, and find grace in seasonable aid.

This is the word of God

प्रभू म्हणतो, मीच जगाचा प्रकाश आहे, जो मला अनुसरतो त्याच्याजवळ जीवनाचा प्रकाश राहील.

शुभवर्तमान  मार्क  १०:३५-४५

 "मनुष्याचा पुत्र पुष्कळांच्या मुक्तीसाठी आपला जीव खंडणी म्हणून अर्पण करण्यासाठी आला आहे."

जब्दीचे दोन मुलगे याकोब आणि योहान येशूकडे येऊन त्याला म्हणाले, "गुरुजी, आम्ही आपल्याजवळ जे काही मागू त्याप्रमाणे आपण आम्हांसाठी करावे अशी आमची इच्छा आहे." तो त्यांना म्हणाला, मी तुम्हांसाठी काय करावे अशी तुमची इच्छा आहे? ते त्याला म्हणाले, आपल्या वैभवात आमच्यापैकी एकाला उजवीकडे आणि एकाला आपल्या डावीकडे बसू द्यावे. येशूने त्यांना म्हटले, तुम्ही काय मागता हे तुम्हांला समजत नाही. जो प्याला मी पिणार आहे तो तुमच्याने पिववेल काय? आणि जो स्नानसंस्कार मी घेणार आहे तो तुमच्याने घेववेल काय? ते त्याला म्हणाले, घेववेल, येशूने त्यांना म्हटले, जो प्याला मी पिणार आहे तो तुम्हीप्याल हे खरे, पण माझ्या उजवीकडे आणि डावीकडे कोणाला बसू देण्याचे माझ्या हाती नाही. त्या जागा ज्याच्यासाठी सिद्ध केल्या आहेत त्यांनाच त्या मिळणार!

हे ऐकून बाकीचे दहाजण याकोब आणि योहान ह्यांच्यावर संतापले. तेव्हा

(आपल्या शिष्यांना जवळ बोलावून घेऊन येशू त्यांना म्हणाला, "परराष्ट्रीयात सत्ताधारी म्हणून जे मानलेले आहेत ते त्यांच्यावर जुलूम करतात आणि त्यांचे वरिष्ठ लोक त्यांच्यावर अधिकार चालवतात, ते तुम्हांला ठाऊक आहे. परंतु तुमची गोष्ट तशी नाही, तर जो तुम्हांमध्ये मोठा होऊ पाहतो त्याने तुमचा सेवक झाले पाहिजे आणि जो कोणी तुम्हांमध्ये पहिला होऊ पाहतो त्याने सर्वांचा सेवक झाले पाहिजे. कारण मनुष्याचा पुत्रही सेवा करून घेण्यासाठी नाही तर सेवा करण्यासाठी आणि पुष्कळांच्या मुक्तीसाठी आपला जीव खंडणी म्हणून अर्पण करण्यासाठी आला आहे.”

प्रभूचे हे शुभवर्तमान

सर्व : हे ख्रिस्ता  तुझी स्तुती असो.

Gospel Reading : Mark 10: 35-45 or Mark 10: 42-45

And James and John the sons of Zebedee, come to him, saying: Master, we desire that whatsoever we shall ask, thou wouldst do it for us: But he said to them: What would you that I should do for you? And they said: Grant to us, that we may sit, one on thy right hand, and the other on thy left hand, in thy glory.

 And Jesus said to them: You know not what you ask. Can you drink of the chalice that I drink of: or be baptized with the baptism wherewith I am baptized? But they said to him: We can. And Jesus saith to them: You shall indeed drink of the chalice that I drink of: and with the baptism wherewith I am baptized, you shall be baptized. But to sit on my right hand, or on my left, is not mine to give to you, but to them for whom it is prepared. And the ten hearing it, began to be much displeased at James and John.

 But Jesus calling them, saith to them: You know that they who seem to rule over the Gentiles, lord it over them: and their princes have power over them. But it is not so among you: but whosoever will be greater, shall be your minister. And whosoever will be first among you, shall be the servant of all. For the Son of man also is not come to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a redemption for many.

Or

 But Jesus calling them, saith to them: You know that they who seem to rule over the Gentiles, lord it over them: and their princes have power over them. चिंतन :येशूचे शिष्य उत्कटतेबद्दल आणि दुःखाच्या सेवेबद्दल त्याच्या शिकवणीचा विरोध करत आहेत. आजच्या शुभवर्तमानातील हा भाग सूचित करतो की, ही शिकवण इतकी अवघड का आहे. त्यासाठी सन्मान आणि अपमान, शक्ती आणि कमकुवतपणाच्या अंतर्भूत कल्पनांना आत्मसमर्पण करणे आवश्यक आहे. जरी वाचकांना वाटेल की शिष्यांनी येशूकडे सन्मानाच्या पदांची मागणी करणे मूर्खपणाचे आहे, हे देखील सूचित करते की, आपण स्वतः किती स्वार्थीपणे इतरांकडून सन्मानाची मागणी करतो. आपल्या सर्वांना माहित आहे की, जेव्हा एवाद्या लहान गटाने इतरांना सामायिक करू शकत नाही किंवा ज्याबद्दल त्यांना माहिती नाही असा विशेषाधिकार प्राप्त केलेला दिसतो तेव्हा इर्षा किती लवकर बाहेर पडते. असे करणे मानवाचे असले तरी आपण खरोखरच साक्षीदार होऊन सेवा आणि प्रेमाने एकत्र राहून स्वतःला मनापासून देवाला अर्पण करू इच्छितो का ?

प्रार्थना : हे प्रभू येशू, नम्रतेने तुजसमोर शरण येण्यास व सर्व गुणांनीशी तुझी सेवा करण्यास आम्हाला प्रेरणा दे, आमेन.
